October 3, 2018 SCHEDULE CHANGE

Thank you to the more than 750 Tiger fans who showed their school spirit and voted for their game in this week's Asheboro Recycling Center Fan Vote. But, space availability has become an issue with SportsTone2's plans for football coverage this week.

After consultations with the Athletic Department at Jordan-Matthews High School and with Chatham County Schools, SportsTone has decided not to provide coverage of Friday night's Randleman at Jordan-Matthews game. The amicable discussions between everyone involved centered around the space needed for announcers and equipment in a small area shared by clock & scoreboard operators, public address, home team media and coaches.

The original schedule for SportsTone will remain the same this week, but SportsTone2 will announce the Southern Guilford at Southwestern Randolph game.

SportsTone.net apologizes for any inconvenience this change might cause any of our listeners.
